Thank you Mike & Lesley for a wonderful experience and your hospitality.

The Stowmarket carnival celebrations were a little wet this year but our residents made the most of the day and a good time was had. We were well supported by families and friends on the day and also by plenty of umbrellas!! Our thanks for your help.

Your Comments Your Comments, Suggestions and of course Compliments are always welcome. Not only is it a part of the Care Standards Act to ask you all for your comments by way of survey�s (next one due soon) but it is an important part of the Home�s ethos. We welcome comments and suggestions at any time. We welcome ideas that can make the Home more Homely for our Residents and visitors. If you have ideas, comments, suggestions or compliments please let us know. To help, we have put up a small �post box� in the hall where you can pop your ideas or comments on a postcard or piece of paper and tell us about them.

Please don�t forget, compliments are also very welcome for the staff group, they often do a difficult job and it is nice to hear a well done now and again.
